Cara Wu is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Case Manager at Self-Theory Behavioral Healthcare Center, where she provides individualized support that is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in cultural humility. In her role, Cara partners with clients to navigate behavioral health challenges, connect with essential community resources, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

Cara earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky, with certificates in Trauma-Responsive Practice and Clinical Social Work. Her professional experience includes supporting foster families through casework and crisis intervention, developing mental health resources for student-athletes, and fostering trust across diverse cultural contexts.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Cara builds inclusive and accessible connections with clients and communities.
